White-Label Website Production for Agencies

White-Label Website Pricing

What your agency pays The Tribe Maker to design and build each site under your brand — about half of the DFW market rate, so you keep the markup. Same wholesale numbers, every project.

This is a general pricing guide. Final pricing is determined after we analyze the client's specific needs, scope, and functionality.

Slide 2 — Why They Pay You

They'll pay YOU $7,500–$20,000 because YOU can answer:

A client can get an acceptable-looking website incredibly cheaply now. They won't pay you because you know WordPress. They pay because you can answer the questions AI and a template can't:

The shift

AI made commodity production cheap. Strategy and exceptional creative direction are where the money is — and what you charge for.

Slide 3 — The Pricing Principle

Quote after they've seen the value — not before.

Because the prototype already proved what you can do, pricing isn't a guess or a negotiation over a promise. Your client has clicked through their own improved site before you ever name a number.

Slide 4 — The Market (DFW · Aug 2026)

Where the professional DFW market sits.

The old "$2,500–$3,000 website" is now the budget/productized end. For a genuinely custom small-business site, the middle of the professional Dallas–Fort Worth market has settled higher.

Type of websiteDFW going rate
Basic professional 5–7 page business site$3,500–$6,500
Professional custom 5–10 page site$6,000–$10,000
Strategy + custom design + copy + SEO$8,000–$15,000
Larger 15–30 page professional site$12,000–$25,000
Basic WooCommerce / Shopify$7,500–$15,000
Serious custom e-commerce$15,000–$35,000
The margin

$7,500 is the market rate your client pays. Your white-label cost is about $3,750 — you keep roughly half as your margin.

Slide 5 — What the Price Really Buys

Price the business thinking, not the page count.

The difference between a $2,250 build and a $7,500 build isn't more pages — it's how much of the client's business problem we solve. That's a different product at each level.

$2,250 — Execution

"We will professionally execute what you give us." A clean, credible site built from the client's direction.

$3,750–$5,000 — Strategy

"We determine how this should communicate, structure the experience, build it, optimize it, and make the company look substantially better than its competitors."

$7,500+ — Business outcome

"We are solving a marketing and business problem — not merely building a website."

Slide 6 — White-Label Website Packages

Four white-label packages.

Every site you resell maps to one of these four. These are your wholesale rates — what your agency pays The Tribe Maker to design and build under your brand. Mark up to your client and keep the difference.

Slide 7 — White-Label E-Commerce Packages

E-commerce is priced separately.

Stores carry more build, integration, and testing than a marketing site. Their wholesale rates start above the website tiers and scale with catalog size and custom functionality.

Basic E-Commerce

Retail ≈ $8,500
A custom-designed store on WooCommerce or Shopify.
  • Custom store design
  • Payment processing integration

Retail ≈ $20,000
Integrations, portals, and custom applications.

  • Advanced data & workflows
  • Priority build & support

Prices shown are your wholesale cost, not retail. Third-party integrations beyond 3 (past standard integrations), plus any additional or custom integrations and bespoke development, are quoted separately at an additional rate.

Slide 8 — Choosing the Package

How to pick the right package.

Match the project by how much business thinking it needs — not by your client's budget or a page count. Pick the package that fits, then mark up from your wholesale cost.

Starter BusinessThe client knows what they want and just needs it built well — a clean, credible presence with little strategy required.
Professional (default)The project needs real strategy — we shape how the site communicates, structure it, and optimize it. This is the normal build — start here.
Growth / Lead GenThe goal is measurable leads — conversion strategy, funnel thinking, and tracking matter more than pages.
Premium / CorporateYou're solving a real business or marketing problem — full creative direction, custom functionality, high stakes.
The rule

When a project sits between two tiers, choose the higher one and name what the lower one drops — never discount by removing scope invisibly. E-commerce is always priced from its own group.

Slide 9 — Payment Structure

50% to start. 50% at launch.

Every package is billed in two equal halves, tied to the two moments that matter: your client committing, and the site going live.

1

50% deposit — to start the build

Once your client signs, you pay 50% and we begin. No build starts until it clears.

2

Build the four phases

Discovery, Design & Content Review, Development, and Launch prep all run on the paid deposit.

3

50% balance — at launch

The remaining half is due before the site goes live. Final payment and go-live happen together.

The standard

No deposit, no build. No balance, no launch. The two payments bracket the work.

Slide 10 — Work Outside the Package

Anything outside scope is billed hourly.

The package covers what's defined in the tier. New requests, added pages, or changes beyond the agreed scope are billed at our white-label hourly rate.

$50 / hourOur white-label rate for any work outside the package scope.
1-hour minimumEvery out-of-scope request starts at a one-hour minimum.
15-minute incrementsAfter the first hour, time is billed in quarter-hour blocks.
Protect the scope

When your client asks for something not in their tier, flag it as out-of-scope up front and quote it before we do the work — never absorb it silently.

Slide 11 — Presenting the Price

How to quote it — and how not to.

Deliver the price with the same confidence the prototype earned. The number is a conclusion, not an ask.

Do

  • Show the prototype and reports first — then state the package price.
  • Name one package as the fit; present the others as context.
  • State the 50/50 terms plainly: half to start, half at launch.
  • Flag out-of-scope requests and quote your hourly rate up front.

Don't

  • Don't lead with price before they've seen the value.
  • Don't invent a custom number — every project maps to a package.
  • Don't sell on page count — sell the business thinking.
  • Don't discount by quietly dropping scope.
  • Don't do out-of-scope work for free to "keep them happy."
Slide 12 — The Pricing Standard

$3,750 is the normal white-label build. Mark up from there.

Wholesale pricing is predictable — the same numbers on every project, so you can quote your client with confidence and keep the margin.

4 website packagesStarter $2.25k · Professional $3.75k · Growth $5k · Premium $7.5k+ — plus a separate e-commerce group.
50% / 50%Deposit to start, balance at launch.
$50 / hourOut-of-scope work — 1-hour minimum, 15-minute increments.
The standard

The prototype earns the yes. The package sets your cost. You mark up and keep the margin.
